blow off valve or mass air could hurt drivability...

umm have you tried staying stationary and revving with the clutch-in and revving with the clutch-out to see if there were any differences?

check the throttle cable, sounds like its sticking, so when u let off the gas between shifts it stays where it is and when u press the clutch it revs high.

Is it happening durin quick shifts or slow shifts? On quick shifts I used to have those issues but it was just a driver issue of not letting go of the gas fast enough..

not act , stock clutch, it might have something to do with the bov, its a turbosmart bov , and it only happens around 4500 and up , its not a driver issue , i tried not hitting the clutch at around 5000 and it doesnt go up, but it feels like something is stock, might be the throttle cable as well

throttle hang, i used to get that all the time if there was any unmetered air getting into the intake or charge piping. Did you first run into this problem after removing and reinstalling any piping at all? what you can try is unplug the positive from the battery for 10min or so to reset the ecu, after plugging it back in if you have any way to reflash it just do it even though your not changing anything. Then drive normal no going over 4K for about 20 miles or a days/couple cycles of driving like to the store or somthing 3 times off and on. It will relearn the airflow and potentially after flooring it through the grears a couple times it should go away. Thats what i did with mine and it worked for me when i couldnt find any answers. I then later converted to speed density and all traces of the problems went away.
