I have a RRE 3200 clutch. When I starting pushing 350awhp/352tq to the wheels I have experienced lockout and the clutch sticks. I have adjusted the clutch pedal with no luck. What else can I Do.

 

Please clarify what you mean by the clutch sticking. Is it not coming back up after you press it? Did you contact RRE and if so what did they say?

 

I have the same issue. In the mourning when I start my car, the car does not go into any gear. I have to start the car in a gear and then it will move. Now the only problem is that the car starts to move very fast even with the clutch pedal pushed all the way in. I have a new twin plate clutch installed. Can you please help me.

 

i have a similar problem too, ACT HD w/street disk. cold it doesnt want to shift sometimes, and about 50% of the time driving, most noticeable in 3rd or 4th during engine breaking, if i push the clutch in to go into neutral or down a gear, i can feel the clutch not release at all and it is hard to pull out of gear, and if i were to go down a gear right away it will grind. so i dont downshift if i feel the clutch do this and it is annoying as hell. anybody know what this is?

 

i had the same problem with my exedy sports organic clutch
at high revs the gears would lock out completely

the guy at mitsubishi took out my battery, put a prybar in somewhere near the gearbox and he told me he bent my selectors up. when he did it, the actual gearknob in the car was moving

whatever he did, it worked! never had clutch lockout since

 

When Im in high revs and push the clutch in to switch gears the clutch will not disengage immdiently.
