boosting problem HELP

Question boosting problem HELP

right now im tuned at 22.5 psi i keep hitting 15- 18 psi sometimes when i creat boost it will be 15 sometimes it wlll be 18 i changed the bov to a greddy rs and its more to the hard side and i tried turning up the boost controller and it dosnt do anything i did about a full turn and still read the same boost... eariler today on the way to work went to boost and hit 21 went to boost again 15psi

You might try switching back to the stock DV, in place of the aftermarket BOV, just for comparison's sake.

FedEvo8: Are you running larger injectors? Or, are you still on the stock nozzles? Sorry for the OT.

stock injectors i dunno what the problem is i was thinkin maybe wastegate?

Off the cuff, I'd guess that your problem is either WGA related(insufficient tension & actuator rod needs shortening), a boost leak(do a leak test), MBC related(incorrect vacuum line routing, or loose, leaky vacuum hose), or your BOV(go back to the stock DV just to see if that cures the problem). You should be able to track this down. Let us know.
