How much oil will you loose if remove oil return line?

How much oil will you loose if remove oil return line?

Have to reseal the oil return lin has a leak...Just put in all new sythetic....How much will i loose if just uninstall the return line off the pan? Dont want to loose the all the new oil..

approximately 1 quart. Make sure you have the oem Mits gasket. Nothing else seemed to work. Well, at least for me.

I helped a buddy do a turbo swap on his car and when you take the oil return line off the turbo, you lose none, but off the pan, you lose quite a bit.
