Let me start off by saying that Vishnu was very helpful throughout this whole ordeal.
To start off with, UPS lost my kit somewhere between CA and TN. They eventually located the kit and forwarded it to me after a 3 day delay. It was like a kid having to wait until Dec 28th to open xmas gifts!
When I finally got my kit, I open it up to find out that they shipped me the 3071 instead of the 3037! Vishnu quickly corrected the situation, by overnighting me the correct turbo.
When the turbo gets in, I start to lay out the parts and put my game plan together. While laying out the oil lines, I notice that there is no banjo fitting (which mates the oile feed line to the block) in the kit. So once again Vishnu overnights me the banjo fitting.
I install the kit while awaiting the banjo fitting. The kit does require some slight modification to a couple of items. I had to file a little off the edge of my a/c compressor, and I had to take the dremel to the corner of the starter heat shield. No big deal, about 15 minutes total. Other than that pretty easy bolt up. It would have been nice to get a parts list.
Once I get the banjo fitting, I finish the install. Upon cranking the car, I notice an oil leak. I raise the car up on the lift, and see the leak coming from the oil return line at the pan. After changing the gaskets, adjusting the line etc...I still have the leak. I call Vishnu and I am informed that they like to use the old return line. That would have been useful info, especially if you were doing this on your back.
Once I get the oil return line SNAFU worked out, it is time for the test drive. I get it out and hammer it. SNAFU number 5. Only 12lbs of boost! WTF? I check all my lines. No loose connection etc....I check my XEDE connection, no issues. Call Vishnu and they suggest that I do all the checks I have done. As a last resort I replace all of the vacuum lines. No change. Vishnu then suggests that I remove the cover on the wastegate and check to see if there are 2 springs. What a PITA! You have to use a pry bar to hold the top on while removing the bolts. Not to mention you need hands the size of a small child to even get in there. Well low and behold only one spring! I call Vishnu and they overnight the second spring.
I install the spring (can you imagine what a PITA that was?) and WHAMO 26lbs of boost. Finally!! The car is just on an off the shelf Vishnu Stage 2 tune. The late spool up from a roll in first gear kinda sucks, but after that HOLY CRAP! The car always put me back in my seat a little, but now it just sticks me there.
I want to thank Vishnu for staying on top of everything. I would like to see a parts list and a sheet of known install issues, along with a checklist of things to double check (like the wastegate springs before you install it) before the install.
I am having the car dynoed and tuned by Shiv in October so I will post up some numbers.

you are running 26 psi ? What gas...lol
It really was not Vishnu's fault. They stayed on top of it. Most of the items missing were ATP issues.

Great deal man that turbo is top notch. I had the AC Shave part which took me exactly 5 min to shave other than that it was all good. Perfect fit, look and finish. wait untill your turbo brakes in you will gain 300 rpm spool that is for sure.

You have no patience then go and by AMG because every after market part requires patience and attention. I dont want to spam his thread so lets get back on topic here.

I hope the Vishnu guys see this so they can make it an easier install for not-so-turbo-inclined guys like me. Otherwise, I'll have one please. By the way, any pics of the installation? Great write-up Wizard.
