Finally.......8.88 at 169.4 mph, Buschur Racing

Well we went out to a test and tune today with the car and the new aero work we did on it.

The car now runs perfectly straight down the track, very happy about that and Daniel, my brother/driver, is even happier than I am! haha

First pass was a new personal best for us:

8.885 @ 169.42 mph, only a 1.54 sixty foot time so there is more to go!!

We backed that up with an 8.94 at 166.64.

I think we should be ready for the shootout in a few weeks. Should be interesting as it was hot as hell today, I'd say close to 90 degrees.

Any pics to show what is the new aero work that the car is sporting???

We will be posting a video as soon as Jarrod gets it done. It is a very very poor quality, I took the only camera I could find, which is atleast better than what I normally do. As a matter of fact I don't think you can even see the score boards. I have two time slips for proof, not that my word shouldn't be good enough

Actually our record speed from a few weeks ago still stands, 169.59 mph. This one was close though.

Check www.dsmtimes.org in a few days for a complete break down of the slip or wait for the video, it will be on the video.
