Help! Drivetrain/engine issues!

I've done the searches and I'm not sure what it could be.... But obviously I'm a bit freaked out. According to my mechanic, my evo is sick. Now there are a lot of issues that I am in the process of resolving and I'll list a few....

K&N Typhoon intake.... I know don't flame me, I'm working on it...

When my new clutch was installed, the idiot that installed it broke the new throw out bearing that came with the clutch. He reused the stock one which was in a good shape... according to him.

Possible boost creep / overboost leading to fuel cut. A few times in 3, or 4th gear, my car has had fuel cut. Feels like hitting a brick wall. I immeadiately put it into neutral and backed off. I have an AEM tru boost boost controller that was probably not set up right to begin with. I desperately need a tune, but I don't want to bring it for one until I diagnose my tranny problems.

So to make a long story short, my engine revs high, but the car doesn't pull hard. It feels like its running really really slow. Loud thumping noise when clutch pedal is depressed hard. Car still shifts nicely. I'm thinking that it could be the throw out bearing, but not sure if its the Transfer Case. There is a whine when the car is decelerating. I don't hear a loud whine in high gears like mentioned in previous threads about the "death whine". Any ideas about whats going on? Car is a 2005 as ssl. Mods are listed in my sig. THANKS FOR ANY HELP!!!!

Ivey tune scheduled for Thursday! Hopefully this fixes a lot of the problems. They are going to look at the clutch at the same time.

Def. look at your tune. Fuel pump will help too. Any boost leaks will hurt your car performance. Always test your car for boost leaks. They are alot of times what is wrong with the car. Check to make sure your fuel pressure regulator is hooked up to the vacuum line too! good luck with everything!!!
