I got the Sport Comp series and they work fine for me. Boost, A/F and EGT.

Where did you hook up your EGT? I'm undecided between the header before the turbo and the down pipe after the turbo... Oh yeah, what readings are you getting?

Thanks

"Sorry officer I don't know how fast I was going because my gauges were blocking my speedometer!"

Just messing with ya, but seriously how's the visibility of the instrument cluster?

I should have mentioned that the EGT is not hooked up yet. I too am waiting to drill for the probe. I am drilling into the first runner, on the header. I have been told this is the most acurate spot.

From the picture it looks like it would obstruct the view of the stock cluster but it doesn't. well it does, but it doesn't. The boost and the A/F gaguges sit in the middle of the MPH and RPM on the stock cluster. You can see the tip of the needle as it moves up MPH and RPM and around the outside of the Boost and A/F gauges. Does that make any sense?

Anyways, visiblity is good.

I thought about the gauge placement quite a bit. I don't like to put them in front of the instrument panel so I'm working on a 2 position gauge pod to go in the stock HU location. I'm relocating my HU to the cubby hole location. You all might be intersed in this option. I've got another thread on the subject, but I'll ad a picture anyway.

Got the gauges from a local Import shop. I think they got them from Jegs Also the gague pods I think came from Jegs. Drilled holes in the steering column cover and screwed them in. That cover is hard material so it won't strip the screws if you are careful. And they don't move or wiggle around, they are solid.

Advanced Imports. They hipped me to it. They hooked me up with the boost controller and install, the rest of the mods I did myself. I started with 1 Defi boost gauge. Ended up with 3 autometer. Don't ask.

As I said above I can see them fine. The boost gauge is centered witht the MPH, the A/F is centered with the RPM and the fuel is just to the left of the EGT. The picture was taken lower than I would sit. The only thing that I can't see is the gay Lancer gauge, whatever that's for, which is fine with me

They are right off Roberts road, on the other side of 270. They mainly work on RX-7s but they know turbos.
