Vibration in the car!!!(how to adjust the balance shaft?)

I just got tuned by AL and he noticed a major vibration in my car. He said he is 99 percent that its the balance shaft. My question is can i do this by myself? how hard to adjust it? and how to adjust it? I got some tools i just dont want to bring to the shop if its not that hard... Im not trying to save money its just the shop that i go to is always fully booked.

you will have to remove your timing belt and balance shaft belt and retime both, not hard but time consuming, make sure you have all the special tools for the timing belt

so you guys are positive that its the balance shaft too?

if you pass 3k rpm and let your left foot rest on the clutch pedal...(but not pushing in just enogh to the clutch play) you will feel a hard vibration on your left foot!

ummm...why would just a tune all of a sudden create a vibration like that?

that would be my first question.

if you didn't have this issue before Al touched your car, wouldn't it make logical sense something Al did, created the issue?

and i just thought it was the exhaust or could be the solid front motor mounts?!?...

If you had the engine rebuilt, why didn't you just remove the balance shafts?
