Leaking gear oil between trans & TC

I just had my twin disc installed and i recently noticed that my car is leaking trans fluid (gear oil) from in between where the tranfer case bolts up with the transmission..I know there are seals in there, and I don't know where else it could be leaking from since nothing is leaking from the axles or rear driveshaft.
I need to fix this asap so if anyone has ever had this problem post up some info..I also need the part numbers for theese seals if anyone has them, I really need to do the work this weekend and I don't know the level of the gear oil so I really don't want to risk driving the car..Thanks in advance for any info!!
Pete

It's clear gear oil..It's clear and I have shock proof in the T case which is pink, so It has to be coming from the trans..I need to know what I need to fix here because the leak is slow and very difficult to trace.

there are two o-rings between the transmission and transfer case. if both are not in place it will leak between the two. take the transfer case loose from the tranny and make sure they are both where they need to be.

I'm putting a new t-case in soon. Bump for the part numbers.

Also part nums on the seals where the front axles meet the tranny and t-case.

Those are for the two seals between the t-case and gearbox? Any chance you could also get the part nums for the axle to gearbox and axle to t-case?

I had the same problem. It turned out the the tranny was over filled. So you might want to check that before tearing your car up.

How did you deduce it was overfilled?

How many quarts had you put in?

Is there an overflow somewhere on top?

Well, when I refill my tranny oil, the car was jacked up from the front and filled from the bottom. It took about 5.5 quarts of oil. After that the oil started leaking.

Soon after, I drained the tranny oil to the proper level (by let car sit on level ground and remove the filled hole plug and let the oil drain out until it stop). No more leak since.
