Compression numbers help

Quick question guys. I just bought an evo last week and realized it had numbers on the valve cover that looked to be compression numbers. i did a little research on old sale reports and found out those were compression numbers. But is 180 155 155 180 good for an evo?

180 is good depending on the mileage. They should be within a couple of pounds from each other though. It might have worn rings in the center two cylinders or valves might be leaking if that's the case they can be reseated.

Very Bad Very Very Bad! If they were all 180 or all 155 you'd be good. This is bad.

Specs say 138 minimum with no more than 14psi variation between ALL cylinders.

Yeah, you need to rebuild something.
