Stock evo engine/transmission is good for over 500awhp. The only must have powertrain upgrade is the clutch.

Well its a pretty broad question but I can give you a decent idea. The stock block is capable to 500awhp and tq but after that you want to be careful. Many have pushed it over 600whp buts its really about fine tuning and parts combination. That much torque obviously wont come from the stock turbo, though you can eak out about 400wtq on meth. To get that much torque you are going to be looking at either an FP Green on race gas or a 50trim/3076 on meth or race gas. 480lbs of torque will be hard to achieve on pump gas with any turbo. Meth or E85 will easily do it with alot of the turbo upgrades it just depends. Being a 2liter you will be looking at more about 400whp and 350wtq if you go GT sized turbos and pump gas. Even though you might be only able to get 350-400lbs of torque that will still run you into the mid 11's if thats what you are looking for. It can be done many ways...its just what way you want to go and how much $$$ you got to spend.

remember... torgue breaks parts easier than horsepower...

you can damage the engine more easily with a huge spike on the stock turbo which gives huge amounts of torgue instantly than a GT30R for example, which can make much more power, but probably less torgue and the torgue will come much smoother...
