Which vehicle and year can you get these out of?

I know it is an old school Mitsu truck but I can't remember.

TRE and Shep as well as HKS Kansai have it.You can also ask astro evo,he have it for his 191MPH pass.

 

I know TRE and Shep have them, but I was trying to allocate one a different route and possibly at a cheaper rate.

You use to get them for a few hundred dollars a few years ago and now everybody wants $1100 for one.
