aftermarket trottle body with stock ecu

I know FFtec has an adapter for the bbk throttle body for the iac valve. with this, could you run this with the stock ecu? I figured you'd still need to run the factory tps sensor? is there any way to run an aftermarket piece on the stock ecu?

The infinity Q45 TBs appear to be very popular these days. I'm not sure I would dick with it unless I had upgraded the turbo and all piping to the TB.

DB claims 15whp on a LT20G with the 65mm and port matched IM. Port matching everything seems to be the keep to power. Some have claimed 25whp from slimply port matching the IM and EM to the head.

This is with upgraded piping and turbo. I'm just wondering if anyone is running one with the stock ecu and any problems that may be had?
