If money were no option, I would be trying to put two GT28's on the wife's 335 - but I did not see that on the list -

In reality, I have not seen a bad kit built for the EVO VIII yet - the EVO community as a whole is very lucky to have such top notch vendors competing for your business.

Our kit worked great on the rally car with the 28RS - but not exactly what the kit was intended for - we also have two of the best tarmac rally guys in Jamaica running the 3076R kits - both making over 500 WHP on SBR motors...

Bang for the buck - Dave's kit is the least expensive - and god knows he treats me like crap everytime he gets a chance, but he does know what he is doing when it comes to the EVO's.

As far as the Hafe manifold, I know lately we have been selling a bunch of the manifold and o2 combo's - people seem to be having good luck putting there own kits together - but please - this is not for the occasional weekend warrior, you need to know what you are doing!

Edit to add: The 35R kit included in the poll is our T4 kit. It is on the turbo kit platform that uses a 3.5" v-band downpipe, Tial 44mm wastegate, T4 turbocharger, 4" intake system and atmospheric wastegate dump.

For the best value in a 35R (61mm) package, add our T3 Precision 61mm and T3 35R kits at $3490 and $3665 respectively, to the list I realize that you said make money no object and sure we could mark our stuff up considerably more and still have it be a good deal, we just prefer to make the best stuff affordable. Of course we need to make a living but it only makes sense to us to have ultra high-quality at pricing that makes our product attainable to as many EVO owners as possible.

Our kits are 100% complete with nothing else to buy from intake to downpipe and everything in between. Every kit includes a true equal length tubular manifold with knife edge collector and every single manifold is built here in house, by hand, by ETS. We also warranty everything we build for life because we believe so strongly in our product. The kits are preassembled when received and literally take an hour or less to install once OEM equipment is removed.

With the word value meaning quality, performance, bling, lifetime warranty, great pricing and unmatched customer support/service, I honestly feel that we offer the best package.

Tom

Hey man i don't know if you have .. but PEAKboost would be a great company to look into. They product some great manifolds .. Life time warrenty and all. As for performance of the PeakBoost kits there aren't too many guys with their kits at least on this forum however I know for a fact their manifolds do great things on Honda motors.. (which i know are very different then ours i was just stating a fact)

For me My top kits are
Full-Race Twin Scroll (money NO question kit of choice)
PeakBoost Top-mount (for the bling factor and not bad on performance either)
PeakBoost FTW kit (Awesome price! 2999 for a Tubular manifold with lifetime warrenty .... well add like 600 for a gt35r however that's still not a bad price at all)
BR's kit (just one of the flat out best performing kits and one that's very easy on the pockets..

those are my personal opinions.

We currently have a SBR kit on our car and it runs great! We just ran a 10.8@129 at the shootout! This is still on a stock motor and was only on about 28 psi! It also was on 112 sunoco gas! Still more left in her and we will try to break the stock block record on sunday!

The HAFE manifold and o2 are the perfect compromise between tubular and cast pieces!

Emery, what is the stock block record? I am seriously curious as OKIX ran 10.87 at 127 on our the LT/Green this weekend and Bobby went 130 on the LT/Green, both of them had stock engines/heads too. What turbo was on the quickest/fastest stock engine? Not brand, just size of the turbo?

(Just realized that was a tad off topic, you can PM if you want)

Thanks,

i was just looking at the peakboost kit and i must say that it is sick. the manifold is absolutely gorgeous and at http://www.prostreetonline.com/x/pea...-turbo-kit.asp its goes for 2700$. Im not sure how extensive the kit is but that ram horn manifold is what im lovin so sick. Going further in pretty much everything besides the turbo(30R,35R,or t3-to4e) and you need to by a evo 5 radiator which im assuming is a half size.

BR, AMS, ETS,

BR pros- proven kits. 9sec cars with the cast mani kit. $2900.
BR cons- no air intake kit and, the licp only fits on a BR FMIC

AMS pros- proven to get WHP and great 1/4 times. Lots of bling! comes with everything.
AMS cons- The price is too high.

ETS pros- comes with everthing. Price is great. Ifarted2 has made 1000 whp using ETS turbos.
ETS cons- ? If anybody can think of any- feel free to add to the list.
