turbo oil system
waiting for some parts before installing a slightly used 20g turbo/ stock.
tell me is it normal for there to be a restriction for oil entering the turbo?
it is just a little hole at the bottom where the banjo bolt bolts in, and even that little hole has some sort of restriction beneath it.
or is there something wrong with my oil system?

Mitsubishi turbochargers require good flow and pressure direct to the turbo DO NOT run a restricted oil supply (the restrictions are in the centre bearing housing).
Obviously if you are installing it with the standard oil feed pipe work it should be fine.
This is quite different to a ball bearing turbo where typically a restricted oil supply is required.
