Clutch

I'm pretty positive on this, but just to confirm, can a clutch eventually become completely undriveable?

I'm at the mitsu dealership atm and I just want to make sure they're not trying to exemplify the situation so they can pocket 1500 dollars from me. Where if i can drive it for a couple more days I can get a better aftermarket one for cheaper.
Get back to me asap. thanks!

What mods do you have on the car? Many people are happy with the ACT clutches and EXEDY clutches.....You should be able to find one of these, or any other someone else might recommend, relatively quickly in Florida....

Oh...and YES....a clutch can become completely undriveable.

depends on how bad it is right now, how much was it slipping when you drove it to the dealership? it can definitely become undriveable..

500 for act clutch and around 520 for the install which is way below 1500. But if you cared about your "warranty" then have it done at mitsu

An ACT HDSS should run you right at $505. A friend and I do installs on clutches on the side (during the weekend) and charge less than a 1/3 of what you posted up there. Most shopes arround here charge in the 750-900 range.
