Quickest way to 400hp

I was just wondering what is the quickest way to 400bhp?? I'm starting off with Buschur TBE, mbc, k&n drop in, and a buschur tune.. where should i go from there? I want to be able to run it on 93 octane without meth or alky. I just need something in the realm of fq400 power, that way i can hold my own with all the supercars we've got running around here No i dont plan on street racing or anything.. it would just be nice to know i have the power to hold my own at the track.

If you are going with Buschur, just follow their upgrade path. If you dont want to use alky, 400Whp will be pretty hard to obtain on the stock turbo.

if u want 400 bhp than go bolt on "TBE, filter, mbc, Cams, tune"

if u want 400 whp than bolt ons + 50 trim or 20GLT

With an IX you almost don't even need cams to do it, but I'd do this:
BR TBE
BR SS O2
BR Ported exhaust mani
ported turbine housing
intake + pipe
then cossie cams to put you over the top. You should be making 420-430bhp (crank) easy at that point! Have fun!

thats my goal as well, but im still trying to decide on what route to go. I dont want to go meth or alky, but i think i will be going with a 20glt. im so torn on what to do as far as tuning. Im really tossing up the idea of doing a protune with a COBB AP, but dont know. I'm going to be getting the GSC S1 cams, BR ported/coated header, 10.5 hotside, ported o2 housing, and ETS intercooler with piping...

FQ400 is 400bhp. On a IX according to most here, you are going to make it your goal with those mods you listed.

First of all research........

But if you dont want to research and just want the easy way out.....go with all the basic bolt on like cams, FMIC and piping, injectors, FP, TBE, Boost controller. Upgrade your turbo to a 50 or 57 trim turbo and a good tune. That should give you about 400 whp. Pretty much the same set up i have and its not that expensive .

What's the 50 trim and 20GLT mean?

Also what octane rating is Race Gas and where can you find it?

I love the arrogance of someone who'd rather insult someone with their wasteful sarcasm, and act superior due to high post count or "years of experience" then offer helpful advice.

Why don't you just say what you expect from someone who has about a week on knowledge?
