Two quick questions re. unplugging things

1: I am running an aftermarket ebc and need to know if I can unplug the stock bc. The vacuum lines are pluged on it but it's still connected to the brain. Can I unplug it and remove it?

2: I recently removed my a/c and would like to know if I can unplug the brown connection on the passenger side hardline near the referigerant valve (closest to the pass. side motor mount). Just trying to clear out some of the remaining clutter.

Will either of these cause a cel or something worse? doubtfull, right?

1: Unless your running an AEM unit which doesn't care no you can't.

2: I'm fairly certain you could remove that connection with no problem as the cars like the RS do come with an option for no AC which means no hard lines at all.

1. +1 unless youre running a standalone you cant unplug it. ive got the greddy profec bspec2 and i unplugged the stock one when i did the install and the car didnt run right and itll also cause a cel.

2. im also agreeing on this issue as well. im certain that you should be able to unplug this without causing any problems
