You're a long ways away.... do you have an Evo 8 or 9 ?

Lose the S-AFC... it's worthless on an Evo, your stock ECU is better
Lose the SSQV... it's doing nothing but harm

You're going to NEED:
Fuel Pump (probably suggest a double pumper)
1000cc Injectors
280 Cams
Full valvetrain replacement
Exedy Twin Disk or Triple Disk HD Clutch
GT37R turbo kit

Other things I would suggest:
Fuel Rail
Some type of Ingition Amp
Ported intake mani/throttle body
Forged internals to rev to 8K+

As I said... you're a ways away... all that stuff is easily $7000, and I'm sure I forgot something

+1 to Shamelesscookie's list, and definitely the forged internals... you dont want to try 650 on stock block.

also you'll probably want an AEM EMS

The SSQV holds good boost...I have 2 of them on my Supra. I would build the motor 2.0 or 2.3...you dont have to go crazy do a race head...intake manifold is optional...turbo I would say...GT35R with a .82A/R....but thats just me...GT37r would just be more lag..gt35r will get you 650whp.

^trust me..when you max out the 35R you're gonna want more..

I'd say go 37R..even more so if you're stroking to 2.3

is the driveline even going to support that kind of power on a daily driven basis?
Since it seems the MR has the weakest trans

that's an interesting claim...

If you will be launching the car and shifting like a mad man, an upgraded transmission would be a wise idea. If your not gonna be pounding on the tranny, the gears will be fine. Either way you will certainly not NEED a 5 speed.

engine-

at least a 35r on race gas and lots of boost
built bottom end
built head
agressive cams
new intake manifold or at least a ported stocker

trans-

a rebuilt trans
axels
tripple plate clutch

fuel-

1000cc injectors
double pumper fuel pumps
AEM stand alone

ignition-

a upgraded ignition
cold spark plugs

tuner-

someone who knows what thay are doing, i would sugest David Buschur, AMS, or a few others. but u might have to travel

someone to install all this, unless u plan on doing it yourself.

honestly u are looking at about 25-30 grand in parts and labor. what do u plan on doing with all this power? do u plan on running rac gas all the time? because if not, u will not be anywhere near 650whp with a 37r.

Turbo Kit = 6000
Cams = 700
Fuel Pump System = 1000
Injectors = 500
Ported throttle body and intake manifold = ???
Ported Head + upgrading all the bits = 1500 +
Built Bottom End = At least 3000
Clutch = At least 2000
Ignition = 1000
Standalone ECU = 2000

So on the very conservative end your looking at $18000 just for parts.

Then labor... a few thousand more probably when all is said and done.

But I'd be willing to bet it will cost a lot more. If you visit the track with that much power, you will probably break a few things so cha ching more money.. like thousands more.
