You are going to catch some sh*t from many members, but I'll give you a few suggestions.

1) Turbo back exhaust
2) Boost controller
3) Injectors/Fuel pump
4) Intercooler

These are the basic necessities only. If you want to maximize the potential of the 35r, you will need many other parts as well. These are only the parts that I am working with currently.

Are you picking up a IX?

Most kits do, yes, but you'll need a test pipe. You will also need some form of alcohol injection or some race gas to be able to boost 30+ pounds. Also, some head studs if the car doesn't already have them, although this topic is debatable.

Make it easy for you,
Your not gonna open your hood and throw a big turbo in it, and call it a day.
The supporting mods you'll need for that turbo with install and tuning, the right way is going to set you back ALOT!
If you have an unlimited budget bring you car to AMS,Buschur,ect...ect...
and throw 30 grand at them.

Ok well honestly, if you are only trying to run 25psi, there are much better turbo options for you to optimize the powerband.

I have a similar question sorry not trying to hijack the thread but what HP is the stock clutch and stock FMIC in an evo8 MR good for? I have a greddy t67 kit about to go on and I know they put down about 410 whp on pump and was wondering if I will need a new clutch and FMIC?

A 35R at 25 psi for daily driving is a poor choice to begin with. All the lag, none of the power.

I would suggest a FMIC. I am still on the stock clutch, but plan to get a new one next year. If you can afford one, get a clutch, otherwise just use the stocker until you need a new one.

I'm definitely getting the intercooler, but I just read something else that worried me. How much HP or psi can the stock head of an evo8 handle? (wow I'm really hijacking this thread... sorry!!!)
