anyone ever use?

has anyone ever used or know somebody that has one of these on their evo?

i am a full time student kinda on a budget and my clutch is slipping
anyone know of any other clutches around the same price? and if i get the ACT i can just change clutch packs if i burn them up i dont have to replace fly/pressure plate?

yea but i am also not looking to spend a G on a exedy. just lookin to see if anybody has experience with this clutch. i will probably end up going with ACT or Clutchmasters.

i had an act on my red 8 and had dozens of hard launches on it, i was really happy with it .. i agree, dont go too cheap on the clutch

lancershop sells the ACT HD Street Disc in a kit with a light weight flywheel. I have the ACT HD Street Disc feels good and i have the street-lite flywheel. Happy with both so far.

To the OP, get ready to throw down some serious cash if you use that clutch because your tranny will be goin out the door most likely. Use the search function and search all the clutches that you have mentioned that you are going to be considering putting in and then I think you will change you mind. If not then lord help your Evo

ive got the act xdss with 6puck disc and prolite flywheel. ive been nothing but pleased with it so far. ive got a few hard launches on it and havent had any problems. theres not too much pressure increase over stock either.

Oops, Im sorry I though it was a spec clutch but it was actually an F1 brand clutch. Everytime i see that blue pressure plate it reminds me of a spec clutch.
