With the mods you have an ignition module is useless.

It really depend on what you want to spend. They both do the same job. I went with the sun auto and don't regret it at all. Cheaper than the HKS and the install is easy. Good luck.

Im telling you, don't waste your money until you start blowing out the spark. I've heard only bad things lately about the DLI, I'd stay away.

Let's put costs aside. Which unit would you prefer if costs isn't an issue?

on my twin evo3 big 16g turbo'd stealth I was getting massive spark blowout at 20+psi, I've since installed the HKS DLI II and now it's sputter free up to 35psi

I'll probably run the HKS on the EVO when I have ignition issues

I had similar mods to you and I have a Sun System.
My impressions:
Better gas mileage
No high rpm break up
MUCH smoother
I did not dyno before and after, but it did feel like I had slightly more power. It also could have been how much smoother she pulls.

I have no experience with the HKS. I have read on here that people had problems with them breaking. I have also heard that the Sun has its HP limitations.
