Have you checked for any boost leaks or has one of your intercooler pipes maybe popped off?

Boost leak test. With the bunch of mods that you have listed I guess it should be easy for you to perform said test. Have you changed anything in the wastegate line or something?

yes i do have a cel. not sure what the code is. im gonna stop by my buddy's house tomorrow. hes got a scan tool. i had a code about 2 weeks ago. i think it was p0401 which is insufficient egr flow. it also had a code that there was a misfire on cylinder four but that was just a loose connection on the injector plug. i took care of that and reset the ecu and didnt have any cel til today. i dont know if maybe the p0401 came back up or not. im gonna check it out tomorrow. i dont think that would have any affect on my boost though would it???

i tried to get the stuff together for the boost leak test today but i couldnt get hold of the rubber coupling. i got the pvc cap and the valve stem. im gonna give it another shot 2moro. still got a cel on. im gonna take off the egr valve and clean it even tho i dont think it has anything to do with my problem.
