are you going to drag and launch your car?

if so..

go with the exedy twin disc hd...don't waste your money on anything else.

it does chatter but it takes the abuse and gets better as it gets hotter..

The Exedy Twin Disc is hands down the best clutch for daily driven, under 500hp, weekend tracked Evo's. Almost stock clutch pedal stiffness and supreme launching ability.

I don't think Exedy makes Hyper Single for Evo application.

another option you may want to look into is the exedy stage 2 cerametallic 4-puck kit. Supposed to be rated for around 500lb. ft. torque. I got mine for 500 bucks through my local speed shop and it's held over 100 launches the last 6k miles with zero problems, it evens holds while hot-lapping at the drag strip. The trade-off is that it is not very traffic friendly, definitely a lot of slipping in stop and go traffic.

the exedy twin is one of the best if not the best street\track clutch
1)it feels similar to stock clutch
2)never had any issues with it
3)great for high rpm launches
