no boost?

If you keep driving it around it should throw an Check Engine Light. Have it pulled and you'll know your problem. Check the intercooler piping again, also the vacume lines. Is you air filter clogged??

check your dv and make sure the hose it on tight and make sure its not just sitting in the recirc hose. That happened to my evo and it would build boost at all

Not to scare you here but as far as I know a dip stick popping out could mean internal engine trouble. Might be time to bite the bullet and bring it to a mechanic who knows their way around an Evo.
