no boost?

So i was driving down the road and when i got on the gas a lil bit it got kinda choppy like it was puttering or something. So i got it hard to see if it would clear itself out, and it eventually does but around 5k rpm it still putters around. So i made a couple more pulls and the same, but then a lil bit down the road the car wouldnt make no boost. I figured an intercooler pipe popped out of a gromment or something but then the next day boost came back. Then it was fine for a couple days but tonight i got on it again and it was puttering again and then the boost stopped again. So i did a couple of pulls with the gas all the way down and took it close to red line and boost came back. Ne one have ne idea whats goin on?? Ne info is appreciated.

Your symptoms described in the first post don't really fit this perfectly but boost cut maybe? Or fouled plugs?

Sounds like your plugs are fouled. Change your spark plugs.

i agree it could def be the plugs. what plugs are you running?? if youre running copper or platinum, ditch those things and invest in some iridium. iridium withstands more heat than the copper and platinum which in turn means it has a higher melting point.

well i changed the spark plugs and i feel like a dumb *** for not remembering to do that when i did my last oil change, so i puttering is prolly good now but idk for sure because the boost is out right now and i cant get it to come back. After i changed the spark plugs and didnt get boost i unhooked the batter to maybe get some kind of reset but still no luck with the boost. Ne more ideas??..........one more little side note, before the boost went out today when i made a hard pull my dipstick shot out under the hood a shot alot of oil, dont know if that was jus coincidence or related some way.
