Okay, I really don't know what's going on here.

For some reason, whenever I'm on 5th gear and I go into boost, my rpms shoot up for 2 seconds and come back down to the level they should be at.

I'm thinking clutch. I also heard a whine going 15 mph this morning and my car's nose just dove for a second or two.

 

Look no further than the clutch.

Whining at 15mph is normal. You problem is defiantly the clutch.
