rwd adapter plates

Ive done some searching and havent found much other than stuff for the dsm 4g.
Does anyone out there make a adpater plate for the evos 4g63 so i can run a rwd transmission? or anywhere that could possibly make me such a piece?

It can definitly be made. May want to check with Trinababe who was heading to RWD before he bailed on that sick project of his. I know Buschur has an adapter plate for a dsm to a powerglide. I need the exact same thing for an Evo 4g63 to a powerglide. What is it your planning? I have an opel GT drag car setup for a big block that I am going to swap a 4g63 into with the powerglide. I figure at 1700 lbs it should not take much to get her into the low 8's. Keep us posted if you find something, but I doubt it. It will probably have to be custom made. No biggie though.

Why wouldnt the buschur one work for the EVO 4g63? Its the same basic block casting, its just rotated 180 degrees in the engine bay, the bolt locations to mount the bell housing to the block should be the same too.

I don't remember what was different, but I do remember calling buschur and being told that it would not work for some reason.

If you need a cheap block and crank to get started, I have an Evo 7 block that I would let go for $600. It is the same as an VIII just a different water pump. I am only 2 bridges away on Long Island.
