suspension

Does anybody know were to find redesigned suspension systems for the evo , or forged parts or any compenys that could make them

this is in the wrong area, but what do you mean by redesigned suspension systems? like coilovers? springs? sway bars? bushings? bump steer kits?

FYI the stock suspension parts are plenty strong and aluminum, not to mention the suspension points are pretty nice where they are.

yeah my spelling sucks, but forged suspension will reduce the unsprung weight and give it better handling , and coilovers and bump steer kits will only help the suspention so much

there are way more things you should consider before making your own a-arms... wheels, a ton of weight can be reduced there. brake rotors, tons of weight savings there too, remove the brake dust cover on the inside is a few pounds...

sense all the suspension components are already aluminum i don't see much weight savings for the enormous cost it would run you to forge aluminum a-arms...

yeah they would cost alot, didnt think of that but besides wheels and tires what else is there but suspension as far as unsprung weight can be removed
