IMO, you can do an Exedy/Fidanza combo. Affordable, able to hold power, and shifts pretty close to stock.
The Tilton Cerametallic is the same as the QM on how streetable it is.. It's just the getting the car moving that sucks.

I'm experimenting with a triple Carbonetics clutch.. I will try and give a review on it. I'd like to get a full race year off of it first.

I think i remember DB saying that the Exedy twin wasnt enough clutch for the HTA35. Maybe it will hold with pump gas numbers.

This is the same with the Tilton..
25 launches for a $1500 clutch?

Out of curiosity is this the norm for other twin discs?

What other suporting mods should i need in this Turbo to run mid or low 10's DD with stock ECU 114 octane at the track?

I know I need:

clutch=?
bigger injectors= size?
what valve springs/retainers should I get to rev pass 9k rpm=?(without puting stress on my cams)
just bought HKS DLI coz i was having misfire issues(this is not incuded on the 3K)

Do i need the ff:
Fuel rail, FPR, anti surge tank, Dual pumps,
what else?
Clutch: Carbonetic Twin-Carbon with 1350kg pressure plate
Injectors: 1000cc
Fuel system: dual-pump with FPR
Ignition system: M&W box
Suspension: Coilovers

Those are the mods that i would suggest. I have a customer who DD his car on the Carbonetic Twin-carbon for over 35,000 miles plus going to the tracks every other weekend; clutch held up fine. Wear and tear will grind down the carbon disks over time, but it will do that on any clutch. Driveability is good on it as well.

Suspension: this is one that many people overlook. when you're at the track, wheel hopping will kill your tranny (and clutch) in less than no time...

GL with your project.

Do'h! Forgot to count u as well... i guess that makes two customers with Carbonetics that DD their cars with over 30,000 miles (that i'm aware of) ... I was referring to the yellow one that races his car just about every weekend. There are a couple more customers on the West Side who dd their evo with the Twin-Carbon, but they don't frequent the tracks like we do.
