Intake manifold weld problems

I have an aftermarket intake manifold and also an aftermarket FPR. Well I just got my engine all in and it running again and I noticed a certain tapping. But it was only happening around a certain rpm (3200 or so). I tried several things including looking at the exhaust to see if it was tapping any metal somewhere and didnt have any luck . well finally I found were it was making contact.

at a certain rpm my aftermarket intake manifold was tapping up against my FPR. well it has happened for a little while so at one of the Tig welds on the manifold it has been chipped away a little. BUT not completely. my question is do you think a local welder could kind of touch up that weld??? its in a reachable spot. I am worried about it because with race gas I run up to 32 lbs of boost.

these things are a Biatch to take off. I'll probably try and see what a welder thinks about the spot to get to. and if he can get his tool into that spot or not. also can most welders weld with aluminum??? I'm pretty sure thats what the Intake manifold is made of.

Nope because it was from inside out like a tank filled with air.
