^^ Get a decent socket and wrench set with some extensions. Owning an evo, you want some decent tools. Once you break it with the socket, stick the plug boot back in to extract it.

wrong sparkplug num nuts. NGK doesn't make any copper ones for IX, the only one for the IX is the Iridium. Plus evo 9 sparkplug are skinner and longer. NGK BPR7ES is an evo 8 sparkplug. the evo 9 uses 5/8 socket.
