Here we go again; another this is the best fluid for my engine/drivetrain thread. Everybody is going to have their own personal preferences and different shops are going to suggest different fluids. I would suggest going by the owners manual if you are interested in being covered by Mitsubishi.

RP - engine
BG/REDLINE LIGHT/GM synchromesh/stock fluid - tranny
REDLINE HEAVY/Stock fluid - tcase and diff
i used redline fluids in my tranny/tc...lemme tell you i had a grind since i got the car 4-5 and also developed a grind from 3-4 sometimes i put is lw shockproof and its has been as smooth as butter and i put the fluid in 4k ago...i love it..but i heard constant use might clog the oil ports in the tranny
