you bet I will but I'm saving this till I have the green turbo on and the HKS intercooler in addition of fixing my TC we will see how things goes.

 

May I ask why you intend to go with the HKS? Just because of the name or did you do some research that shows information on this particular intercooler? Also, where are you buying the green turbo from? As long as you get it from either Forced Performance or us you will be good. There are quite a few copy cats out there now claiming to have this turbo when in all actuality they are just knockoffs that will not work as well and not be as efficient.

 

^^ no I'm going with both HKS and the green cause I buying them used and for cheap off a friend who is going realy big in his set up and not because of the brand name.
But that was befor i just got a call from him saying he will have to wait till he sell them cause he short of money.

you TTed your 350z and yet you don't know fmic (front mount intercooler) and ic ( upper and lower intercooler ) piping is...ok I guess because the tt kit comes in package..

I would do a decent amount of research before buying anything, even from your friend. I know I should have for some parts that I bought.

Do it right the first time.

There nothing more annoying than having to do the same thing more than once when it could've been done right in the first place.

You've got a long way to go :P if your car isnt boosting 17ish psi i would think you have a boost leak or something isnt connected correctly, We/ALL EVO owners dont tune for less boost why would we when factory is 17-19psi depending on the stock configuration.

 

i don't mean to thread jack but, i thought stock evos boost about 1.5bar with a little taper? no?

19 is my high boost how could it be a factory boost.... I don't know maybe our Evos r different.
