Question Random Clutch Noises?

I've been hearing a loud noise coming from what I believe is my clutch. At idle I can hear a faint rotational friction sound and a little bit of chatter coming from behind the front driver-side wheel. That goes away when I press in the clutch pedal. As soon as I start moving in reverse, I hear a LOUD moan/squeal as I begin to ease off the clutch. When I shift into first and start moving forward, I hear a squeal again, only not as loud. It eventually goes away as I start to speed up. I sometimes hear it in second at very low speeds, but it always seems to go away. At times the noise will appear when I'm driving slowly. As I come to a complete stop, I hear one loud "clunk" sound that I can actauly feel through the brake pedal. I can't ever seem to recreate these noises for anybody. They just appear randomly. It is an OEM clutch with roughly 12300 miles on it.

I have been reading through the various posts that relate to clutch noise but nobody seems to have the exact symptoms my car is presenting. I'm not sure if it's the clutch, the throwout bearing or a warped flywheel. Any insight on this issue would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance...

Sounds like a throw out bearing to me.Just buy a nice twinplate and be done with it.
