Need suggestions

I Have an EVO VIII stock. I am thinking of adding some power to it! I have 5-6K to spend on it and I will need propably clutch as well and brake uptake. I am in Baltimore and I do not know where to look for good modifications.
Any suggestions: beer:

intake, turbo back exhaust, o2 housing, mbc, boost guage, licp, uicp if you want, walbro 255 and a tune. that would get you some conservative gains

We are talking fast and furious here. Get with it. To the OP any 3" turboback is a good choice. A Hallman MBC works great. Either a drop in K&N or an open element filter will work. Then get a tune from a respectable tuner. That will amaze you if you are stock. Also getting rid of that plastic diverter valve you have with a metal IX diverter will help you out. I suggest doing some searching to get an idea of the car also.
