I have done research with not much luck. So here it goes. I am in the market of cams thinking about 272's i think, the brand is up in the air. My mods are Injun intake ,uicp,licp,HKS TBE, test pipe and some other cosmetic upgrades no biggy. i do not have a tune and will be getting one from Mellon but want to get cams, MBC first. Because the car runs great now, im sure could run better. I have put numerouse cams in V8's but never an EVO. I want to take it to a shop hopefully if i can find one here in Albuquerque area. What do i excpect to pay for an install job of Cams and the boost controler i will put in myself. Any help would be awsome i dont want to get raped.

the place in nj where i get tuned charges 250 for cams if you buy them yourself and if you buy them through the tuner its cheaper for installation...not sure how much less but i think its 150
