P0204

I have this code popped up a couple days ago...

my car is running fine and all but it idles, runs like a boxer motor... thought it was the coils and plugs so I changed that and that didnt work out... this was before i went to autozone to get my codes pulled up.

so after the problem is still there, i went to autozone and got my codes pulled and i got 2 codes... a P0139 and a P0204.

I believe the P0204 is a malfunction with just the injector right? and I know its in cylinder number four... is that located at the far right side of the motor where the coil pack is in?

Took out the injectors, clean the outside out from dirt and debris... and tested it with a voltmeter. it all shows close to spec... 4 ohms each... (2-3 ohms is standard). I dont know what to do next now...pretty much im stumped and I am thinking about switching the cylinder #4 injector to like a #3 spot swap it around and see how it runs... if it has a SES i will again take it to autozone and check on the issue... if it still shows a p0204 then i guess i found the culprit of the issue...which is the injector harness.... if its a p0203... then i am getting new injectors...

if you think there is any other (better) alternative to decipher this problem out... let me know. I am down for some ideas here.

Cylinder #4 is farthest away from the timing belt, and yes p0204 is indeed injector #4 malfunction. p0139 is rear o2 sensor malfunction; do you have a anti-fouler on the rear o2 sensor (if you're using a testpipe?)..

using a welded test pipe and i dont have that 02 cheat mod.

i am going to experience with it by swapping injector #4 (cylinder #4) with injector #3 (cylinder #3). That I would know for a fact that if a code pops up again... i can actually pin point which one to fix... either replacing the injectors or the harness.

I will keep everyone posted on my fix.
