Manley H-Beam Rods

Has anyone used 6-bolt (90-92 4g63) rod bearings in their Evo rods? I'm putting together a motor for a friend and he bought Manley H-beam rods and Mahle pistons. Before he was using the Evo rod bearings from Clevite (part # CB-1643P) but the tang didn't fit snug and plus the bearing itself was a little narrow. I had some 6-bolt rod bearings laying around and they fit perfect. The rods may indeed be for a 6-bolt motor but there's not a part number on any of the rods and the box they came in was lost. There's not much difference in the rods anyway:
