alternator problems. need help

alternator problems. need help

i cant keep the wire hooked up at the alternator . it falls out all the time. then i have to hurry up and get home before the battery dies to hook it back up. anyone else have this problem? how can i keep it clamped on

Is it just not clamping down all the way? I know BG makes some battery terminal savers that act as a spacer between the wire and the battery post. Are we on the same page?

you talking about were the wire hooks up to the alternator right

Nope, Im on the battery end. Got a little confused there. You are on the alternator end...I have zero answers for your problem.
