exhaust vibrating?

exhaust vibrating?

I was doing my usual walkaround of my car while it's cooling down, and noticed that the exhaust tip is clearly vibrating, not shaking, but vibrating. I didn't hear any weird noises, is this normal?

If You Dont Hear Any Noises Then I Would Not Worry About it.
