what would be some ways to achieve more torque over horsepower in evos? any setups that people have that achieve this? i tried searching for a post i thought isaw a while back about this but i cant seem to find it.

 

Add meth and 30lbs. You will get a nice torque spike.

 

I tune for torque to be honest. I spend alot more time on the spoolup and peak torque area then I do the top end. Look at my numbers, those are the results of that. Alot of it is in tuning, block tuning your peak torque area is not going to achieve that. Another IX I tuned running 100oct hit 380hp 400tq with just buschur tbe, intake, o2 housing and cosi cams.

If you want crazy torque, get a 2.3 stroker with stock turbo hehe.

 

lotsa boost, small turbo

 

a good mivec tune on the stock turbo, also a high boost spike, or stroker on a small turbo.
