450? Must be another day at the office! All dyno's around the DC Metro area read higher than DTM's.

At 450 on pump gas on this dyno...it is plenty. We are not a facility that sells numbers. We sell what the customer wants and can handle. This is what he asked for and that is where we stopped. He knows what to do if he wants more.
So the answers is... you stopped there for no apparent reason except the customer was satisfied?

The answer is ... that it was enough. As stated in the post.
Also stated in the post : Stock Engine
I do not believe a DD should be pushed any further than 25-26 psi on pump fuel.
So it was not for no "apparent" reason. It was enough for him and for us.
No reason to push it.
Is there a reason why you ask? Maybe I do not understand what you are asking?
Please elaborate.

It is slowly becoming apparent that they have been playing the numbers game for quite a while around here.
Not too long ago I remember a number of 485WHP on some kind of a "surf and turf" dyno in the local Maryland area.
Once we tested it on the Heart Breaker, we noticed a -30% difference in uncorrected numbers.

It is a cross between a 50 trim exhaust wheel we use and our machined 82mm Cold side.
We tested these on our Time Attack cars all last year. So we decided to use a variant for the street. So far it is working very well.
