Nice! Any plans for the block? Or are you going to run stock block and head? Should be interesting, good luck and hopefully you get some results out soon.

I, like many, are going to keep an eye out for these, but kind of sucks because from what I hear the full-race ts mani's are like made to order, so it's going to be like a 4-6 wait or something like that..

Intresting, one of the rare cases where adding an obstruction increases performance. Really nice setup!!!
Wow.....

The whole idea of twin scroll is to keep the pulses separated...

how much faster than a non-twinscroll HTA35R are you expecting to spool?
i have no idea but it should spool faster. i'm hoping a lot faster

my current buschur 30r kit hits 22 psi in 3rd gear at 4500 rpm

evo dans fullrace twin scroll gt3076r gets full spool at 3500 rpm and he makes more top end than me. his twin scroll gt35r kit hit full spool at 4500 rpm

also people are telling me that the .78 ar turbine housing is way to small for the flow of the compressor. what negative out put will this cause?

you guys think i should buy the 1.06 ar twin scroll turbine housing for this hta gt35r turbo?

remember this is going on a stock more and i'm trying to make as much power as possible with it spooling fast. i'm not looking for a crappy 5000 rpm spool time like most other gt35r stock motor evos

I think the .78 is perfect, your not going just for crazy top end.. I think there was and HTA with a .63 and made very close power as the .82, wit almost 500 rpm quicker spool up.

But def port/knife edge the twin scroll!

How much is the Twin scroll housing and Mani?

I think a .78 will be fine for what your doing although the 1.06 would def produce more power.

So you ordered the turbo directly from FP, and are getting the rest of what you need from Full Race? I wonder if they're going to offer this (HTA upgrade) as part of the TS kit through Full Race in the future

Why would he knife edge the divider when he is running a manifold designed to use the divided housing???

From what I have seen, you can not compare a .78 A/R divided housing to a .78 A/R (if it existed) undivided housing. While the A/R may be the same, the area that a pulse encounters along it's path to the turbine wheel is completely different.

Twin scroll housing A/R needs to be considerably larger then an undivided housing to make the same power. The benefit is that you can run the larger housing to make the higher power, but still benefit from better spool.

I highly doubt Full-Race and FP will ever have a joint venture turbo kit. Full Race seems to be much more interested in using off the shelf turbochargers. Things break when racing and being able to get a replacement quickly is usually far more important then an extra 10 HP.

i bought the twin scroll gt35r for $1200 and i sent the turbo to FP for the HTA conversion for $450. I only did that because FP did not have the twinscroll turbine housing in stock and if they ordered it they wated to change me $1400+ for the turbo plus another $$450 for the HTA conversion.

i am just going to buy the fullrace manifold from a honda-tech vendor for $1400 and i will make everything else my self such as the licp, down pipe, dump tubes. its just a lot cheeper that way compared to buy the whole kit for $7000+
