which dv holds high boost best?

Hey guys, so my stock evo 9 dv can't take 28+ psi, so I need to get another dv. I need a recirculating setup as I still have the maf, so which dv is my best bet?
I was looking at the forge ones, as well as the greddy ones. Does anybody have any reviews or input about which dv will hold boost the best when I'm running about 30 psi?
Thanks!

Before spending money on a new valve, you can crush the stock metal DV to see if that´ll make it hold sufficiently for you.

I saw on a dynoflash video when Al crushed the DV he was making more power because the car was holding more boost.

It works! All you need is a flat-jawed bench vise and the right size socket. Go at it carefully though and crank it only a couple degrees at a time. Then remove the dv from the vise and measure how much the hat is crushed. Start with a very slight 3/16" indentation(don´t want to overdo it!), then pressure test the valve´s cracking pressure.

Cool Thanks guys! Appreciate the input....I've been thinking about the forge one, but also my buddy has the greddy type rs dv and loves it and he runs 30 psi on it from time to time and it holds perfectly....anyone have any input on the greddy type rs?

And also, about the crushing of the dv, I saw al crush it on the video, but he did it so quick, like you just take a vise grip and just crush it around? Is there a recommended depth to crush it for best results?

Thanks!

In Al's video, that car was spiking to 27lbs and falling to 20 on the stock turbo. If your running 30, I don't think crushing the stock DV is going to work for you. It may be something you want to do for now but your gonna have to get something else.

but I don't know what...

Yea, gottcha. Well, anyone have any input about the greddy type rs dv or the forge rs unit and how much boost they can handle for sure? Those are my top two choices right now, unless my crushed one will be able to hold around 30 psi....??
