toda makes very good parts, not as good as HKS and JUN but still very good. And they are much cheaper then hks and jun too.

Toda is a great company and a big name and thus, high priced... well, for the most part. They do put a lot of work (R & D) into what they make and thus, you get what you pay for.
In essence, you pay a big wad of cash for high quality parts that work. I am not saying that because you pay a lot you are guaranteed high power from their performance parts, but they are reliable and well built while yeilding decent numbers.

One thing I haven't heard or read reviews about are their coilover suspensions. Maybe their price is just too high for most to digest especially when you have companies like Tein and JIC making good set-ups for a fraction of the cost.

Bottom-line: Toda is a good company and I have not heard negative things about them.

Don't agree with that. TODA's specialty is internal engine parts while HKS is a turbo specialist. Totally different products and TODA is no way inferior to HKS or JUN. Even MUGEN which is the top Honda tuner uses TODA engines in their Formula 4 cars and has TODA develop prototype parts for them. The fastest all motor Honda in the world (erick's racing 9.99 1/4 mile) uses TODA valve train parts.

In Honda circles TODA is known to be better than JUN which by the way went out of business in the U.S. because people stopped buying their parts when TODA became available in the U.S.

Does anyone have word on the output change for the 2.3L stroker kit? That looks awesome. It comes with everything and I bet it makes some serious torque. Imagine a 2.3L 4G63 with a 3037 on it...

What about HP or redline limits. Do you have to make your piston hole bigger or fit on stock block????

Toda is a great Honda tuner. If your interested in stroker kits for a EVO there are other guys who have been tuning the 4G63 longer and have just as nice kits. Tomei, Jun, are good examples.

I beg to differ, its Tomei and Jun that both have 2.2l stroker kits and they are more expensive than Toda's 2.3l kit. Both tomei and jun cost around $5k, while Toda cost more like $3k. I am not sure about the other companies but I know for a fact that Jun offers choice of 5 different pistons in accordance to what compression ratio the user needs. Keep this thing going as I am very interested.

Toda makes everything themselves and even makes parts for other companies like Spoon Sports, Blitz camshafts, and some others. There was an online article a year ago and it said they're one of the only companies that has the capability to design and manufacture everything in house.
