I remember seeing the photos of the milling work being done for the fuel cell hold down setup. Great work by a talented fabricator.

Sweet car as well.

Good luck with the build and the high speed runs. Keep the shiney side up!

make sure to make the thing super aerodynamic in the pictures it looks like the bumper will rip off at 200+ mph from such big openings.

oh and downforce = drag so canards and wing must go

I'm sure AMS hasn't taken any of that into consideration.

More than all my mods combined. This car has so much more going on than has been stated. It is truly one of the sickest evos in the country. Custom dry sump, crazy engine, etc.... It is a shame that Tommy is so busy over at Ferrari to campaign this car more often. Hope that changes soon.

BTW I got the new motorhome to tow that bad boy out to the salt and party in for speedweek

Guy's .. Ed . . Thank's for the kind words ! !

This where I, ultimately wanted to take this project ..

Martin & I have been talking about this for a while now .. AMS was always ready & willing to get moving on this .. but I just could not make the commitment to do it with all my "work" obligations .. looks like 08' will be the year for us to step up and see what we can do ! !

Lots of e-mails, phones calls, texts, etc .with Martin, Tim, & Eric .. prompted me to get it over to AMS ! ! asap ! !

Really looking forward to seeing the innovation, fabrication, & talent that went into this car already, move to the next level ! !

I always had a strong interest in the top speed side of things .. There is going to be a large learning curve .. and there would be only one group of guy's that I would want, working with me on this .. and that is AMS.

So, as they say in Hollywood . . . stay tuned as we get this "red brick" ready to rock and roll for 08'

p.s. Ed Im looking forward to the winnie ! !

It's the Alcon kit by STaSIS, the caliper and rotors are by Alcon, the lines are by Goodridge, the caliper mounting kit is by STaSIS. The pads are most likely Ferodo. I think the on in the picture above is the 370mm version for the rotor, and TA6 for calipers.

I bet the final product is going to have a NASCAR-like shell, if it is to set some sort of record for the standing mile.
