How is this Al's/Buschur's problem? They are business men that have performed sales and service. What are they supposed to refuse service or sales based on age? C'mon.

All that being said with the title on the thread, i think the hope was to razz everyone up.

Scorke
Valves float and the car has compression issues and bad mixtures. I recently installed valve springs in a buddies car that had the wrong springs in his race head. Car completely fell on its face @ 7000 rpms. After the spring swap the car became a monster and doesn't skip a beat.

In reality a 275 whp stock evo can be just as leathal as a 500 whp evo is the owner drives the car beyond his skill level or in situations where they lack plenty of open straight road in front of them.

Most of the accidents I have heard of involve someone going too fast for conditions and sliding off the road when they are comming through a corner.

I certainly never had a chance to have a car like this at 16 but Harry is a special young man and I am glad that he is the one to get this machine.

I hope he enjoys it a lot
very well said...a 16 yr old can just be as dumb or as wise as a 35 yr old. i think people here are just disgruntled or something..i mean, we don't even know the kid...so atleast give him the benefit of the doubt. if he wrecks, then oh well..if he doesn't, good for him.

I believe a "first" car should be earned by a job at sonic or washing dishes, and normally first cars get wrecked or totaled basically S*** happens. For someone 16 to get such a nice car is just going to spoil him rotten.

I believe my father told me its called "building a backbone" and on my 18th birthday "I" bought my first car.

A lot of haters.. No matter how old you are if you understand how fast your car really is and respect the power, you will be a lot safer. Hopefully with Al's help he will be an uncharacteristically responsible 16 year old.
