Paul not to be a jerk or anything seeing I think ETS does awsome work but I honestly would like you to log boost preasure before and after that giant thing. We use the garrett cores and to my understanding they were supposedly the best cores on the market to date. we stack 1,2,3,4 cores depending on the airflow required to cool but we never stack them like those are.we stack them side by side so the surface area that the air will flow through increases with each core. Last yrs cooler consisted of 2 garret cores 4.5x4.5x11.75 our air temps leaving the GT47 were between 370-410 and leaving the cooler they were the highest of 68 degrees with .4psi preasure drop per 17lbs of boost. That cooler looks like a fabrication masterpiece but I think it might have some decent preasure drop.

Paul mate i have seen V8 turbo guys running 106mm turbos running smaller coolers than that! lol
would be niuce to see the results from it. i think as /\/\/\/\ said that you would be better stacking the cores the other way (side by side) but its harder to package that way.
what we really want ETS to come up with is a manifold that incorerates a couple of these cores. then we can ditech the intercooler and just run A2W with less piping and faster responce! or run an intercooler and an ice box for the max cooling.
cheers
Chris.

I can fit a single garrett 1000 core inside the engine compartment in most evo'sbut I do not know how it would keep up with the temps that come with the psi mitsu's need to function well.

the other thing I was wondering was what pump you are going to run that cooler off of. We use a Rule 17A livewell pump that feeds our cooler at 3600-3700 GPH and your cooler is going to take about double the volume from what I can tell.
